Oh. .My. .Goodness!

This one here! Let me tell you, was on a whole other level then the first book. I'm still in shock over some things that were thrown at me. And I can't even go into details because if you plan to read this series or haven't got to this book yet, I don't want to ruin the shock factor of a couple of things. --Because they are so worth your jaw dropping!
Shadowspell pretty much starts where Glimmerglass left off and Dana was just as great as I remember and once again she's thrown through one crazy obstacle after the other. But this time around some major players want Dana dead, so when the Wild Hunt show up in Avalon, Dana can't help but assume they're there for her. The Erlking a.k.a nightmare of the Fae realm and leader of the Wild Hunt, has his sights set on Dana and what a sneaky one he was! I didn't know whether to fall for his charm or hate him, but he definitely made an impression that's for sure.
Even though there were times the story would slow down it still managed to hold my interest because I finally got some scoop on Keane and the love triangle I was hoping for in book 1 finally started to pop off a little. --And oh what fun it was to read! Overall, I really enjoyed Shadowspell and I can happily say Jenna Black did it once again! She managed to suck me into the wonderful faerie world she created and I can't wait for more!

Archer=Awesome!

I've read and heard some awesome things about this book and this series, so I'm pretty upset with myself for waiting so long to read it. It was such a fun and quick read that had me laughing-out-loud and racing to get to the end. It has a little bit of everything that I know fans of YA will love!
Sophie is sent to Hex Hall, a school for wayward witches, faeries, shape-shifter and so on by her estranged father. He did it to keep her safe, but little did he know someone was about to go on a killing spree. And Sophie can't help, but find herself right in the middle of it. That's why I liked her so much because she's not afraid to makes friends with the only suspect to the murders and enemies with a coven of witches. Then to make matters worse she crushin' on the ring leader of that coven's man, Archer! And I ate it all up-- Yup, I love me some drama!
So in one word what I loved about this book. . . Archer! He was so easy to fall for because not only am I a sucker for tall, dark and mysterious, but sexy as hell gets me every time! And obviously it gets Sophie every time too! The last thing she needs is to fall in love when someone is killing off the witches at Hex Hall. But Sophie manages to hold her own through all the twists and turns and it was all so exciting and fun to read. She not only cracked me up, but she had me cheering her on til the very end. Bottom line -- Hex Hall was jammed packed with yummy goodness you just have to read it!

Creepy Thriller!

Melody Burning started out with a bang! Literally! Opens with murder and a little boy being left alone to fend for himself. <-- With that I was instantly drawn into the story. Beresford lives inside the chutes and crawl spaces of the Beresford building ever since he can remember. He always been alone and never really had the chance to know anyone. So when teen rock star Melody McGrath moves into the building, Beresford has this intense feeling of needing to be near her and to know her. Melody has a crazy stage mom and constantly feels alone until she has this feeling that someone is watching her. Finally Beresford takes the next step and sneaks into her room and leaves her a present and then Melody knows for sure thats shes not alone. Then things get crazy and Melody and Beresford finally meet and let me tell you I wasn't super stoked about the insta-love between the two-- it was way too much, way too quick. Beresford kinda gave me the creeps a little, like I got his feelings for Melody, but whoa dude can you say, Stalker! And maybe some chicks are into that, but I found it all a little- scratch that- a lotta weird. But once you get past all those creepy feelings, theres a lot of other stuff going on too. Cue ex-cons and evil owner of the Beresford building making Melody Burning a thrilling quick and intense read, so check it out!

Not only it’s plain detestable, it can ruin his reputation and get him in trouble with the Villains League. On the other hand, it’s not like he’s got friends to spare. And losing the League’s membership isn’t the end of the world, one can always work independently.

Completely Delightful!

I firs met Lord Arkus, also known as the Lakeland Knight in My Sparkling Misfortune (Book 1) and I never loved a villain more! His desire to be known as the baddest villain that ever did live was so funny because he couldn't help, but find himself doing hero deeds. So when my favorite villain returned in My Royal Pain Quest, I couldn't wait to jump right back into this fun and exciting adventure! This time around Lord Arkus must step up to the plate and help awaken his sparkling friend, Jarvi. I wasn't sure how far Lord Arkus would go, but once again he amazed me. He showed a more deeper side and even though he wasn't 100% happy having people think he was a hero, he still managed to go out of his way to help when needed. --And I loved him even more for it! My Royal Pain Quest had all the same great characters as before plus some interesting new ones. Excellent twists and turns and something I wasn't quite expecting. . . a touch of romance! Plus its packed with laughs and its one adventure you'll want to read over and over again! So with that said I really have to commend Laura for her imagination and her way with words. Every story I've read of hers I've absolutely fell head over heels in love with. They just ignite this little spark inside of me and it gives me this feeling of 'This is why I read'! Enough said!

I'm so happy to have the amazing author, Victoria Foyt here on Book Addict! Victoria’s first book, The Virtual Life of Lexie Diamond, was a YA mystery novel that received a five-star rating from TeansReadToo.com, calling it a “must-read!” I also had the pleasure of reading it and absolutely loved it! But most recently I read her new book Revealing Eden (Published January 10, 2011) and let me tell you it was nothing like I've read before! Check out my review to see what I'm talking about.

Now a little about Revealing Eden. . .

Eden Newman must mate before her 18th birthday in six months or she'll be left outside to die in a burning world. But who will pick up her mate-option when she's cursed with white skin and a tragically low mate-rate of 15%? In a post-apocalyptic, totalitarian, underground world where class and beauty are defined by resistance to an overheated environment, Eden's coloring brands her as a member of the lowest class, a weak and ugly Pearl. If only she can mate with a dark-skinned Coal from the ruling class, she'll be safe. Just maybe one Coal sees the Real Eden and will be her salvation her co-worker Jamal has begun secretly dating her. But when Eden unwittingly compromises her father's secret biological experiment, she finds herself in the eye of a storm and thrown into the last area of rainforest, a strange and dangerous land. Eden must fight to save her father, who may be humanity's last hope, while standing up to a powerful beast-man she believes is her enemy, despite her overwhelming attraction. Eden must change to survive but only if she can redefine her ideas of beauty and of love, along with a little help from her "adopted aunt" Emily Dickinson.

Now on to the interview. . .

What drew you to the themes of beauty and racism in Revealing Eden?

I never felt beautiful as a young girl; I felt smart. Mostly, I lived in my head, observing life from the inside out. Once, in fifth grade, a boy shocked me into seeing how different I appeared. I stood at the front of the school waiting for my mother when he leaned out of the window of a departing bus and hurled a racist slur at me loud enough for most of the student body to hear. His racist statement pointed out how different I was from the majority of white girls with straight blond hair and thin hips. I’m half-Italian with wild curly hair, a curvy figure, big eyes and big lips, and I guess that frightened him. I never have understood why appearance often matters more than character or intelligence. Or why our differences inspire fear. In Revealing Eden, I wanted to create a world where environmental chaos turns today’s prevailing beauty standards upside down. Eden is forced to discover her inner beauty, which finally opens her heart to true love.

What places did you use for inspiration when you created the futuristic and natural worlds in Revealing Eden?

I simply considered the path of destruction our society and environment already treads and projected into the future. I was easy to imagine that one day solar radiation might force us to live underground and how such a world might shake up the status quo. For the last remaining patch of natural world to which Bramford takes Eden I researched the dwindling Amazonian rainforest. Bramford uses the word solastalgia, which means the heartbreak one feels for the loss of a natural habitat. Believe me, I have a bad case of solastalgia and am passionate about conservation. While writing Finding Eden I was able to explore those feelings, and I hope the story will inspire similar reflection in others.

Was it difficult to interweave a romantic theme with such an intense, action-driven plot as in Revealing Eden?

I believe that no matter how much our world changes in the future, love will never die. It may be harder to recognize because of our growing estrangement from our environment and continuing social isolation. In her futuristic world Eden is raised to believe that love is dead and all that remains are the biological needs to survive and continue our species. I wanted to contrast her rigid mind-set with the free-flowing natural world and a heart-shattering experience of true love. Even now in our violent world, it’s easy to harden our hearts to love. And yet, how wonderful to surrender to it, despite the emotional risks. Finally, I have come to believe that love is beyond chemistry, beyond reason. Perhaps love is that indefinable, some say, divine essence that really can change the world.

Do you base your characters on anyone you know?

All the time. Sometimes, I even base characters on people I don’t know, but who inspire me. For example, I have long been an admirer of Richard Branson, the head of the Virgin empire, who is always pushing industry in adventurous directions. Right now he is developing space tourism with Virgin Galactic. In fact, I will admit here that Branson was the model for the captivating romantic hero, Ronson Bramford, in Revealing Eden (Save The Pearls Part One.) If the premise of the book were true today, and whites were quickly dying off due to an inability to resist solar radiation, I bet Branson would fund laboratory research that would save the Pearls.

What are you reading now?

I just finished the last book in The Hunger Games trilogy, which I found riveting. I wish I could be brave like Katniss! I confess it broke my heart when a major character was killed in the final battle. But such is war—something very much on my mind since I’m also reading Karen McCreadie’s modern translation of The Art of War by Sun Tzu, an ancient Chinese text that outlines the key principles of battle, whether it’s a civil war, a company take-over, or a high school election. Sun Tzu’s wisdom will figure in Adapting Eden, Save The Pearls Part two, the sequel I’m currently writing to my post-apocalyptic adventure romance, Revealing Eden. When the past catches up with Eden, threatening her beastly clan, she will have to push herself past her limits and literally, go to war. Here’s one of Sun Tzu’s hot tips: “All warfare is based on deception. When able to attack we must seem unable.”

What made you choose the YA audience? What kind of connection do you feel with that audience and why?

Young adults, traveling across the minefield from childhood to adulthood, are ripe for new ideas, eager to challenge and change the world to their liking. Not as jaded or world-weary as most adults, their curiosity and bravery inspires me. Teens hold the future in their hands. What writer wouldn’t want to plant a seed in the fertile terrain of Young Adult literature, hopefully, provoking great ideas or dreams? I still connect strongly with that period in my life and see how it influences everything my writing. Let’s just say, I have an ongoing dialogue with my Inner Young Adult.

So, So Good!

I first met Tallen in Quest of the Demon and remember liking her for the brief moment she was in the story. So when I learned that the sequel was going to be Tallen's adventure, I couldn't wait to dive in-- And what a story it was! The aftermath had a whole different vibe than the first book and I instantly connected with Tallen from the very start.
When Tallen's family sends back a potential suitor for Tallen, they had no idea what would soon happen next. Oh! My! Goodness! This part of the book floored me and I wanted revenge my damn self. Tallen had everything viciously ripped from her, her family, her home and her heart! Seriously, girl had every right to be pissed and want revenge . . . just saying! She had such determination and courage to take justice into her own hands that I couldn't help but admire her for it-- because I know I would want the same thing. And I will say she definitely made some decisions I didn't necessarily agree with, but understood the emotions behind them. And speaking of emotions, this book was full of them. I know while I was reading it I skipped through about all of them from anger to sadness to being giddy like a school girl! This story was jammed packed with crazy action that had me on the edge of my seat til the very end. And the characters were something else completely, my favorite being Wanderer, Tallen's dog! He was such a joy to read about and I can't wait to see whats in store for him and Tallen in the next book!

Purely Fascinating!

Pure was so much more than just fascinating, it was gritty, beautiful and captivating on a whole new level! The way Julia Baggott described this haunting world I couldn't tear my eyes away. I wanted to know every single detail about the people and the their lives inside and outside of the dome.
Pressia is a survivor and dreams of what life would be like inside the dome, but instead she must hide from the militia because she has reached the age that she must turn herself over. Partridge on the other hand lives inside the dome and wants nothing more than to be on the outside to find his mother that didn't make it in. Both Pressia and Partridge couldn't be more different, they're from different sides of the dome, one pure, one not. But when their paths cross, they'll find out their more connected then they ever could have thought.
What a read this was! I kept thinking I had it all figured out, but I wasn't even close. The conspiracy was killer and I couldn't help, but devour every page. Pure had everything I needed for my kinda trip: romance, mystery, horror, suspense and of course . . . such beauty! I don't even want to go into how I feel about having to wait for the next book in this amazing series. So with that said make sure you check this one out!

Badass!

When I first read the synopsis of Decoy I thought, Assassin? Badass! I can't wait to start this one! And I'm not even going to lie, the beginning had me a little worried that it wasn't going to be this crazy-badass adventure I was so stoked for. But let me tell you, I was quickly reassured once it got warmed up. It then double kicked into major badass mode and the rest was nothing but a rush! <-- the good kind! The action was so amazing I couldn't pull myself away from this book. Kaltor has so much to deal with, he's training to be an assassin, searching for his brother and hiding the fact that he's a Remnant. Then to make matters worse Blood Break is looming near and a demon is on the prowl to find her king to overtake the world that shes been scheming to control for the last thousand years. And once she sets her teeth into people, they turn into these black-veined zombie-like forms of themselves. -- love it! Kaltor is facing probably one of the biggest battles of his life, he has a lot to protect and a lot at stake and I didn't know if he would be up for the task. But by the end I was blown away by him and all that he stood for that he left me kinda crushin' on him :) Decoy was a great beginning with some pretty great characters and I can't wait to continue this thrill ride.

Fun, fun, fun!

City of the Falling Sky was a non-stop adventure that I couldn't get enough of. This is the first novel I've read of Joseph Evans and trust me it won't be the last. When evil Endrin Corporations forces everyone out of Marne, Seckry must leave his friends, his school and his home to live in Skyfall City. Once in Skyfall Seckry is introduced to a whole new world, new friends and a new game called Friction. But just when things are looking up for him, he answers an ad for a job and everything he thought he knew quickly changes. Hes given the chance to make some cash and get back at Endrin Corporations by stealing something valuable from them. But quickly his heist goes wrong, he almost caught and he finds a girl in Endrin that has no reconciliation of who she is or where shes from. This is where things get really good!! --Seckry has to find out what Endrin is scheming up and who Eiya really is and whats her connection to Endrin. I don't want to get into too much and spoil it because its so worth reading! But I will say its full of great characters --I loved Seckry friends, never a dull moment and Tenk kept me laughing most of the way through. I loved all the gaming, I definitely want to take a shot at Friction! I think I could kick some major butt too! All in all it was such a fun and exciting read with lots of twists and turns and the perfect touch of romance, so fresh and sweet! Can't wait to see where Seckry will go from here.

Game On. . .

Anthea Sharp! You go girl! You got yourself a new fan here :) Feyland was such a quick and engrossing read I couldn't help, but read it in one sitting! It flowed seamlessly and was so vivid I felt like I was right there in the dark realm.

Jennet has the awesome opportunity to play prototypes of new virtual games that the company her dad works for makes -- what more could a teenage gamer want! But when things start to get too real in the latest prototype Feyland, Jennet must recruit badass gamer, Tam to help her win back what she lost to the Dark Queen and stop the faeries from crossing over to the human world. And this is where things get Good! Tam is from the wrong side of the tracks and doesn't get why some rich girl needs his help, but once he gets a taste of Feyland theres no turning back.
I loved that Tam and Jennet are from opposite sides of the track and manage to overcome it and work together to try and beat the Dark Queen! --Take pointers world! I also loved the build-up to the romance between Tam and Jennet, it wasn't insta-love that YA is famous for, but more subtle and sweet. --Perfect!
Bottom line, Feyland had me on the edge of my seat holding my breath from all of the suspense. Its packed with action, magic, and of course faeries! Does it get any better than that?! Nope, definitely can't wait to read the rest of this series!

Crazy-Good!

All I can say is this was Crazy-Good!! Revealing Eden has so much going on that my head was spinning with delight! Victoria Foyt did an amazing job of creating a dystopian world unlike anything I've read. A world destroyed by the sun and the majority of people are dark skinned (Coals) and they are the top of the class. While people that are pale skinned (Pearls) are the lowest class and hold no authority or power. Each person must be mated by their 18th birthday or cut off from all resources and thrown out into the world to burn. And Eden is running out of time because not only is she almost 18, but shes a Pearl and would rather die then mate with another pearl. She's desperate to mate with a Coal and just when things seem to be falling into place, everything is thrown into chaos and Eden's world is ripped apart. Shes thrown into the jungle with her scientist-dad and his latest experiment Bramford, a beast-man. His genetics have been altered with animals-- I found all of it super fascinating and I couldn't help but think of what animal traits I wouldn't mind having! While Eden is struggling to adapt without her life-band she also struggling against her growing attraction to Bramford. All shes ever wanted was for someone to see her, the real Eden and she thinks she finally found that in him-- And I about freaked! I was thrown way off and was like seriously girl, what are you thinking?! Half man/half jaguar, really?? But by the end you could just feel the spark between them, like it was flying right off the page! I just had to give in and hope that they would find a way to be together! Crazy, right? Yup, like I said Crazy-Good!! I can't wait to see where Eden and this whole series will go from here! Definitely an engrossing read with the perfect touch of action, romance and Emily Dickerson throughout!

Wow! What can I say! Cassandra Clare freaking rocks my world! I'm so in-love with this series right now I could scream! City of Glass has all the same great characters, awesome action, the amazing Jace, killer suspense, shady betrayal and did I mention. . . the oh so sexy Jace that the first books had!!

I know almost everybody has either read this book or this series so I will not bore you with my review. But I will tell you that City of Glass gave me that one thing I've been dying for since the series started. For those of you that know what I'm talking about, YAY! About damn time right? We finally get those certain answers we've been dying to know and things are just that -> ------------------------------ much better! And for those of you that haven't read this book, oh what a happy surprise Cassandra have in store for you! I can't even express how happy I was when I finished this book, but trust me when I say this is a series you will want to read! Can't wait to continue this awesome series with City of Fallen Angels!

Review

This is probably the first science fiction book that I've read and actually liked! Now don't get me wrong sci-fi just isn't my favorite genre. I tend to either get lost or confused or turned off all together, but with Protostar that was so not the case. It's very well written and the way the author delivers it, is smooth and easy. Plus all the yummy romance didn't hurt either!
From page one William really drew me in, he's a Prince turned bounty hunter, sexy right?! But before I knew it, all of my focus had shifted to Sydney and all the possibilities that come with being the Star-Child. I found it all so intriguing and I couldn't wait to find out more.
Protostar had a little bit of everything, but the constant danger hanging over Sydney's head and William's devotion to keep her safe was all I needed to keep the pages turning! And before I knew it I found myself at the end saying, "No, it can't end like that!" -- What a cliff-hanger Braxton! Shame on you! Can't wait to find out what happens next.
Bottom line: Protostar has the one thing I can't get enough of, Forbidden Love!! You can never go wrong with that! -- Well, at least with me you can't :)

Love this book! Love this series! Love this author! There are tons of raving reviews for this book and the whole entire series, so I won't bore you with mine.
The Iron Knight gave me exactly what I've been craving since this addicting series started with The Iron King! So I must say Thank You Julie! You Rock!

I don't want to spoil any of this story or this series for you if you have not read them yet because they are that good! Trust me you have to read them for yourself! You have to experience the incredible world Julie created in The Iron Fey and all the bigger than life characters! But I will tell you what I felt while reading The Iron Knight. It was a non-stop emotional roller-coaster! Until the very end I didn't know what to think or what to expect. I was giddy to be back with the loveable duo, Ash and Puck! I was super stoked to actually have Ash's voice inside my head! I was anxious to see where The Iron Knight would take me! And in no way did I ever expect what it delivered! I found my heart-breaking and my anger rising with Ash in certain parts of the story! I was confused and didn't know where Ash's heart lied and I kept thinking okay shes really going to make me cry, isn't she?! She's really going rip my heart out and stomp on it! BUT all the nail-biting, some hair-pulling and definite fainting scares were all freaking worth it to get that ammazzing ending! Yes! I said it AMMMAZZZING ending to an EPIC series! That's all I have to say. If you haven't read The Iron Fey series yet. . . You Must! But don't just take my word for, theres thousands of fans that agree!

I can't believe that this is it! The last book in the Vampire Academy series! Sad to say goodbye to all the great characters I've grown to love, but no sad faces because Last Sacrifice let the VA series go out with a BANG! This was probably my favorite book in this series because I finally got what I've been wanting since book 1-- Rose and Dimitri together at last! Yeah, I know I said I was leaning toward Rose and Adrian, but who was I kidding its always been Rose and Dimitri!
Last Sacrifice jumped right into the action and before I knew it I was swept away into the whirlwind of this novel! Rose has been fighting from the start, for the Moroi, for her friends, for her life and for love! And I felt like Rose finally came out on top. She finally got what shes been wanting for so long! --You go girl! I could not be more happy with how things turned out! By the end I was shocked, relieved, sad and overall blissfully happy! What a perfect ending to an amazing series! Definitely a Must-Read series!!

Shardaie was lying on her side on the floor, nose nearly pressed against the struggling lizard. Her violet eyes slowly blinked, watching as the creature waved its limbs and tried its best to get up and crawl away. Watching, but not understanding. She inhaled deeply, then released the breath as she muttered, “What are you feeling?”
The lizard’s eyes flitted this way and that way, and when Shardaie realised that the world had to look just too big for it, she rolled onto her back and stared at the ceiling. What was it feeling? She spread out her legs and her arms, trying to see the room from the lizard’s perspective.
Window, too far away. She started to wave her arms. Floor, too wide. She started to wave her legs. Walls, nearly never-ending. Her stomach clenched, a sheen of sweat covered her brow. Shardaie blinked, and as she stopped moving, she thought, that didn’t help. She still didn’t understand what she was feeling.
Shardaie looked back at the lizard, but only found an empty space bathed in sunlight. She rolled onto her side, in the direction of her bedroom doorway, and watched as her guest scuttled away, its broken tail twitching occasionally. “Go,” she whispered, remembering the words a girl had once said to a different lizard, “be free.”
Then she pulled herself up, but when she straightened, she accidentally knocked her arm against the edge of the windowsill. Shardaie noticed the sudden prickling sensation in her flesh, and when she raised her arm, brow twitching as her eyes narrowed, she took note of the scratch and the thin line of blood that stood out vividly against her pale skin.
Wasn’t she supposed to be doing something? she thought as she tilted her head to the left and then to the right continuously, she was supposed to react, wasn’t she? Her arm lowered to her side. She looked up and licked her lips, thinking about the girl, who loved to speak to lizards, before turning to stare at the floor.
Shardaie began with her face: she started to arch her eyebrows and then opened and closed her mouth. Her calves twitched, so she started to shake her legs, but that turned into a hopping-on-the-spot. She tried her best to re-enact a scene she had witnessed a while ago, of a little child noticing a wound, but when she spun around, arms flapping in the air, she realised that she wasn’t alone.
Celio, her red-haired guardian, stood in the doorway, his hand on the doorknob. He cocked his head and then frowned at her. “What are you doing?”
Shardaie immediately stood still and smacked her lips. She looked at her arm, then raised it and replied, “I’m reacting.”
Celio looked at her arm, then glanced over his shoulder to address someone before turning back to her. “Give me a moment, child,” he turned around, but kept his gaze on her face, “keep your arm clean.”
Shardaie nodded at the suddenly empty doorway, turned around, marched up to her bed and sat down. She wriggled around for a moment, but sat still and stared ahead. Her eyes blinked. Her fingers twitched occasionally. A lock of her hair fell down to caress her nose. She looked at her arm and then raised it before sitting upright and staring at the doorway once more.
Stomp, stomp, stomp announced Celio’s presence, but Shardaie didn’t move and didn’t look away from the doorway. Celio walked into the room and sat down beside her, then took her raised arm and started to wipe a wet cloth over the scratch. Shardaie watched him work, watched how he bowed his head and slowly turned his wrist, but when he was done and he turned to her as though he was expecting something, she remained silent for a while before saying, “Thank you, sir.”
Celio nodded, looked away and studied his cloth. “Everything’s all right now.” He smiled at Shardaie, placed a hand on her shoulder and stood up. “It’s time for dinner. Come.”
Shardaie didn’t follow him, even when he made a beckoning motion with his hand, and when he had left the room, she looked back at her arm and thought. The prickling sensation was still there, but it was fainter. She looked at the doorway that both Celio and the lizard had used, then crawled across her bed and threw her blanket over her body and her head.
Her stomach clenched. Her bottom lip trembled. Shardaie closed her eyes, and as she felt her breath flutter across her upper lip, she started to wave her legs and her arms. Nothing. How was everything all right? Shardaie continued to wave her limbs. She still couldn’t understand what she was feeling …

Review

It's been about a year since I read the fourth book, Blood Promise in the VA series so it wasn't a total shock to me that I was completely lost when I started reading Spirit Bound. But luckily it all came flooding back to me and I couldn't help but kick myself for forgetting how awesome Richelle Mead is at drawing you into the story and then spitting you out at the very end ~~wishing~~ begging for more!
At the end of Blood Promise I remember being sad and wishing there was a way for Rose to save Dimitri, so they could be together-- you know the whole "happily ever after" ending! But while reading Spirit Bound my feelings instantly changed! I don't know why, but I really wanted things to work out for Rose and Adrian. -- I know I'm horrible, but I seen this other side to Adrian that I really liked! Plus with the whole Dimitri trying to hunt done Rose thing, I really thought it was the end for them. So with all of that you really can't blame me for wanting Adrian to get the girl. So wnen my first wishes came true and Dimitri came back I didn't know how to feel, part of me was freaking ecstatic and the other part was heartbroken for Adrian. But the total shocker for me. . . was the ending! Did not see that coming at all! Bottom line Spirit Bound jumped right back into the action, suspense and romance we all love! This is definitely one series I highly recommend! So what are you waiting for if you haven't read this series yet. . . DO IT NOW ;)
